Key goals Reduce carbon emissions from 2005 levels by: -10% by 2012 -40% by 2020 -80% by 2050 Reduce residual household waste from 2008-09 by: -3% by 2012 -10% by 2020 Significantly more people taking steps to reduce their own environmental impacts
