Background Joint procurement of stock across 6 boroughs with a key aim to save money by Sharing tender costs / expertise Securing discounts for high volumes standardise servicing Shared Libraries Management System Started with 2 boroughs Now 7 boroughs Soon to be 10 boroughs Further discussion with 3 boroughs Framework and Consortium Agreements Standardisation is the key!!
LLC Stock Contract Went out to tender for a new stock supplier with 6 of 10 the Computer partners Tender specified Supplier Selection, EDI Order, Quotes, Acknowledgements, Invoice and Direct Delivery as key requirements Minimum NAG Standards agreed and RFID Tagging and programming required LMS supplier and Stock Supplier needed to work together to deliver the vision
