IS THE CRISIS EVERYWHERE? Today we are living two crisis: 1.ECONOMIC and FINANCIAL, more evident in the effects it has created than in the causes; 2.ECO-SOSTAINABLE, caused by the shortage of resources (raw materials and energy)necessary to meet the needs of 6,5 billion people It has marked this AGE, therefore radical innovations in the use of natural energy resources which avoid polluting effects are necessary It has marked this period, and can be overcome with time, work and investments

If mankind does not want auto-involution or the disappearance of modern civilization, as happened on Easter Island (Rapa Nui), it must renew itself and innovate its economic, financial, productive, communicative and residential systems. CONSTRUCTIVE SYSTEMS: today 1,7 billion people use approximately 50% of the available resources for building, while the rest is utilized for production, transport and wars.  the system would explode if 6,7 billion people were rich. In the year billion people inhabited the world; In 2008 we have reached 6,7 billion people, of whom only 25% (the rich) consume 75% of the available resources; In 2050 there will be 9 billion people which will cause an excalation in the use of the planet’s natural resources. CONSIDERATIONS

Buildings with stratified sandwich materials and interposed air chambers (static and dynamic). The poposal highlights the primal function of air as an energy resources: - air is free - air gives heat - air cools - air is a thermo-acoustic insulator - air is life PROPOSAL EXISTANT BUILDINGS use larg amounts of inert materials which have limited thermal benefits and have systems which have high energy consumption.

The HOUSE breathes, naturally «THERE IS REAL PROGRESS ONLY WHEN THE ADVANTAGES OF A NEW TECHNOLOGY ARE FOR ALL» HENRY FORD, 1922 CONSTRUCTIVE SYSTEM with AIR CHAMBER MODULES

COMPOSITION OF THE MODULE (WALLS – ROOF COVERINGS) The module is suited for the site installation of: inside wall paper/plasterboard external wall plaster LAMINAR WOOD JAMBS (cm 8 x 32) 5 cm CONCRETE SHEET (external or extrados) dry connection Dynamic AIR CHAMBER EPS-POLYSTYRENE thickness cm 25 Static AIR CHAMBER

6.7 BILLION INHABITANTS... …ALL OF WHOM HAVE THE RIGHT TO OWN A HOME… …a home which is not axpensive and can be available in a short period of time… …a home that has low energy costs and uses few materials to built… …a healthy and safe home… …ESSENTIAL AND SOSTAINABLE.
