The Army School Trivandrum, being situated in one of the most literate states in India, which has high political awareness, has to meet very high expectations from the parents. There is a lot of emphasis placed on discipline since the government schools here have a very active student politics, and face problems due to this. The army school TVM does not encourage student politics and hence there is a lot of demand from civilian population to secure admission into this school. Since the school is situated within the contonement, the frequent hartals which paralyse Kerala does not effect us.
Great emphasis is laid on physical activities
