The Post-Secondary Experience Rite of Passage Adulthood Academic Achievement Workforce Readiness Criticisms of the Higher Education System Colleges and Universities are not delivering on their promise Employers are reporting that students are not prepared in relation to industry standards. Post-secondary education needs to be a vehicle to explore the human experience.

We are the “Environment.” Faculty, staff, programs, facilities, classes, customer service – that all creates the E. What the student comes with – family upbringing, previous experiences, knowledge. Outputs Inputs Environment Changed behavior, beliefs, values, perceptions, knowledge and skills. “for student learning and growth to occur, students need to actively engage in their environment, and educators need to create opportunities for in and out of the classroom involvement and learning”
