4 Method Filtering The majority of the results demonstrate complete congruence between Current and Desired levels of Board Engagement. We have chosen to focus our data analysis only on those areas where a significant number of individuals showed a significant difference between Current and Desired level of engagement (to a degree of 2 or more). 2
