I don’t know what you are selling “I saw ***** hand sanitizer. Just, because of curiosity, I asked one staff about the product. The entire staff was not aware of the uses of that product. How will I buy that product” If our product is relatively new, you have to sell the concept before selling the item
I don’t trust you “I trust Sunsilk, Ariel, Lux. I have not heard about ***** ever in my life. Then how will I trust these brands?” Tell them every thing has a beginning. Demonstrate your product. So customer can see it with his/her own eyes. Provide samples that he/she can touch, hear or see.
Your price is less…so quality?? “I know the quality of your brands are poor. That’s why your prices are cheaper” If a customer believes your product is inferior, turn that perception around! Your products not thrilled me “You have not informed me about your new launch. If you had launched it, it would have evoked me to try your new product” Every new product launch should induce the customers’ desire to try and buy new. Otherwise, your new product will be considered as just one among thousands and will disappear prematurely.
You have not asked me to buy “When I picked Harpic nobody asked me to buy *****. So, why should I buy *****?” Always, remember to ask for SALE! Whether the customer buy or not buy, ask them to buy. If you ask 100, no one will buy. Ok. Sometimes 10 will buy…Great
