As you carefully make your choices, consider your own personal philosophy: Do you feel the nutritional value of the cereal is an important consideration? Are you more interested in what will sell best, even is it is a sugary mouth of empty calories? Be specific in your choices and then create a customer notice to attach to the areas where the two cereals will no longer be on display. Use your most apologetic tone to explain the necessary change.
