Cohort 3 Businesses Plan Competition Winners FIRST E-Soap New Panay, Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat SECOND Kecer Balut Saliao, Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat THIRD Sweet Delicious Polvoron Paitan and Guiamalia, Sultan Kudarat FOURTH Esperanza’s Best Tocino Salabaca, Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat 52 out-of-school youth from the province of Sultan Kudarat attended the five module Agri-Entrepreneurship training at the Mountain-Lake Eco Resort in Lake Sebu, South Cotabato, Mindanao. During this training, 12 business plans were developed and four teams awarded the sum of $1,000 USD! INSERT PHOTO
