"Federal assay supervision is carried out in order to protect the rights of consumers jewelry and other household items made of precious metals and precious stones, the rights of the manufacturer of these products from unfair competition, as well as to protect the interests of the state.“ State hallmark - the state guarantee that the precious metal in this product - not less than the proportion indicated in assays of hallmark.
