2. 84 YEAR YOUNG FEMALE WITH HODGKINS LYMPHOMA Barbara presented to my clinic in June of 2007, with a diagnosis of Hodgkin's Lymphoma. She had been previously diagnosed by oncologist in 2003. She had been in remission for 4 years but in January 2007 she had a recurrence and had been in treatment with Chemotherapy and radiation off and on for the past 6 months.

Multiple level 2 LN’s seen and there is a large supraclavicular mass inseparable from the pectoralis minor and major muscles measuring 5.2 x 3.3 cm in diameter. -Small to moderate pericardial effusion seen. -Liver, pancreas, adrenal glands, spleen and kidneys are unremarkable. No abnormally enlarged retroperitoneal LN’s seen. -Pelvis: enlarged LN in L inguinal region, no free fluid identified. Uterus is surgically absent and small and large bowel are norm in caliber.
