7 Objectives The WW Group´s area of business is international
maritime activities with a central base in Norway. Our objective for the year 2000 is to be clearly positioned as one of Norway´s leading shipping groups, and with such importance and strength that we also carry weight internationally. We will be a group organisation, with broad expertise and with emphasis on industrial shipping and related services. Profitability, financial strength and good liquidity are fundamental to all our activities.

8 Basic values The WW Group is backed by 140 years of experience in
international shipping. Continuity and quality have been our hallmarks. We are now organised as a group of independent companies and divisions. Our objective is to develop the Group into a committed cooperation through mutual utilisation of each others strengths. The Group´s goals and strategies can best be developed further by having one joint vision and a common set of values and principles to guide our performance and working style. Through a spirit of cooperation we will create an organisation we can be proud of, and one that is respected by the community at large.
