Crustaceans The insect of the sea Veena Kanumalla
My Habitat I am able to live on land and in freshwater! Does it get any better than that?
My Favorite Activities Moulting Crawling on the ocean floor Swimming
My Geneology We were one of the first to develop eyes with photoreceptors, allowing us to see better in darkness! Our limbs have grown to be jointed, allowing for more efficient movement. Our filter feeding methods have also evolved.
Why I’m Special I have several kinds of specialized feet! – pereiopods (walking) – maxillipeds (feeding) – uropods (tail)
My ideal mate must be just like me! Has – bilateral symmetry and coelom – three independent body sections – multiple feet/legs – An exoskeleton – The ability to live on land and water
