2 This is the standard login page. Enter Wxx* in the User ID and Password fields for Work Requests. Enter Txx* in the User ID and Password fields for Work Order Quick Entry. “xx” stands for Plant Code the Work Request or Work Order is intended for. 5 More INfOR Search Tips This field is a good choice. You can enter information in more than 1 field per search. Example: UBE under Manufacturer and IM under Equipment Type will bring up all UBE presses in the plant. 7 7 WORK QUICK ENTRY GENERATES A UNIQUE NUMBER IS TRACKED IMMEDIATELY. Your name here. INfOR #, not the Asset #. See pages 4 and 5 for search tips. What is the problem? Use Scheduled Ready to Work if the repair will be done at a later date. Use Completed if work is finished and nothing remains to be done. Use Hold Wait on Schedule if production must continue or resume before repair is completed. Use Hold Wait on Parts if the required part(s) to make the proper repair are not available and must be ordered. Check this box if the issue is safety related. Click here when ready and a Work Order will be generated.

NOTE: Printing will generate a Work Order whether or not you have saved or created one. If you print,the system will automatically complete the process for you.
