2 Created by M3 Insurance NEW! 5-Week Challenge Designed To Get You Up and Moving! Purpose Goal Prizes FAQ Registration Get Out and Get Moving! This campaign will focus on increasing physical activity in your daily life. Exercise 30 minutes/day, 5 days/week for the next 5 weeks. Give yourself 1 point each time you exercise for 30 minutes in a day (this can be broken up; ex: 10 min 3x/day). Goal: earn 5 points each week for a total of 25 points at the end of this 5 week challenge. Each staff member who successfully earns 20 points after 5 weeks will receive a Fitbit (or reimbursement for a previously purchased Fitbit). Staff members who earn 25 or more points after 5 weeks will also earn a $10 gift card for Target, Amazon or iTunes. No extra points for more than 30 minutes/day Must be 30 minutes each day (not 60 minutes one day and 0 the next). For activity suggestions see the final page in this packet.
