Also recommended - when creating a new presentation, use “Slide Master” and edit as needed. Then save under a new name. This will eliminate some of the work of putting in proper format. SLIDE INFORMATION TITLE: Self Explanatory. Upper and Lower Case or all Upper Case. Recommend not going higher than 36 on the font size. Do not underline the title. BAR: The bar will be placed under the TITLE. Try to keep in same position in every slide. Keep it consistent. TEXT/FONT: On paper, *Times New Roman and Arial work well and are acceptable. Font size should be in the range of Maintain same font size throughout, if possible. The format of the text can be in any style you see fit. They do not have to be in bullet format nor does the text have to start at the right margin. Do not cram a lot of text on one slide. Use a continuation slide if necessary. Use good judgment. *When briefing the USARAK Command Group within the Chaney Conference Room, when projected on the overhead screen, this font style becomes distorted (i.e., letters run together, spacing of letters are farther apart which creates the appearance of two separate words). A good font to use is BOOKMAN OLD STYLE. FOOTER AREA: The BAR (on bottom of slide), BINKY, and the USARAK Motto will be on all slides.
