Impact: The content will grow stale and the website will be in the same state it is in now. Mitigation: There is not much we can do on our end other then provide the best and easiest to use tool to encourage use after we hand it over. 33

Impact: The result could be as simple as broken pictures and links, to lost data or total site failure. Mitigation: Again this can be assisted by a simple to use site. Mitigation: Make sure the website is dynamic and easily updated for new software. 35

Impact: Results in theft in member data and could result in identity fraud. Mitigation: Follow strict security guidelines so that members and applicants are given the safest environment possible. 36

Impact: Worst case scenario, if the servers fail then all the data that populates the front end is lost and the website becomes emptied. Mitigation: Ensure a redundant backup system that keeps data in a secondary location incase data loss should occur. 37
