Koran  Scripture: 1) Koran or Qur’an  Koran: contain- teaching of Lost Prophet  Muslims: memorize verse as much- each day  Muslims: follow example 1. Allah 2. Prophet Mohammad  Mohammad: 1. Lived 7 th century CE 2. Received massage from Allah  Mohammad: Teaching made up KORAN  Koran: Words straight from god

20 Major Holiday’s of Islam? How are they celebrated?  They have 8 major Holiday’s.  The Haji brings peace and blessings.  Jumanda-al-Thai is the daughter of Muhammal who is called the leader of the women.  Ramadan is a celebration in which they start fasting.
