Need to be able to address how you deal with (validate) M&S of future representations without a strong referent –How do we deal with intangibles, e.g. human behavior, future predictions, Agent based simulations? Need more precise mathematical descriptors of the RAM-C KPPs –Without descriptions, we cannot determine how to measure, therefore, we cannot validate or describe intended uses Need timely access to quality data –Impacts results Need to resolve logical consistency for integration –Without logical consistency makes substantive interoperability impossible Need documentation that keeps pace with development/modification and VV&A –In early phases feeds downstream use and assessment
