4 OEM/Retail You cannot move the OEM license to another computer Retail/OEM without Software Assurance versions have many IT limitations, no network deployment/support (bits are different) You must activate each and every OEM/Retail copy of Office Retail/OEM without SA Licenses have no secondary-use rights or imaging You cannot downgrade to a previous version of the software OEM Licenses are not recorded for you. Therefore the customer must retain all OEM/Retail license documentation
