Building Packages As shown in the above table, we have building packages from 250m 2. Our building packages include the following: The land (If you don’t already have land) Transfer and Bond Registration Costs PC paving and finishes allowance Architect’s and Engineer’s fee Water/sewer and Electricity connections VAT Interior yard walls/grass/paving All council plan submission and approval costs NHBRC levy There are many architect’s plans available and if you would like to create your own designs then our architects are available at an excellent rate.

Our bond originators are highly skilled in obtaining building packages from the four leading banks at the best interest rate possible. Most banks are currently offering between 80% - 90% finance to cover the building package of your choice. Below is a list of all the documentation that will be required from you by the consultant. 1)Legible copies of all purchasers’ green ID book. 2)Last three months pay slips 3)Three months of your LATEST bank statements. These need to be stamped by the bank showing your last three salary deposits. The banks unfortunately do not accept internet statements. 4)If you earn commission or overtime the banks require six months consecutive bank statements and six months consecutive pay slips confirming this income. 5)Bank Consent form (This will be supplied by the originator) 6)If you are including additional income e.g. Investments, please send proof of additional income as well as statements.
