2Symposium ThemeDEVELOPMENT OF ELECTRICITY INFRASTRUCTURE IN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICAThe aim of the symposium is to provide a unique forum for the exchange of ideas and future vision the development of the electrical systems in Sub-Saharan Africa.

5CIGRE- IEC Interaction SC B2 and IEC TC 82 & SC 8A will all be hosting meetings in Cape Town prior to the symposiumSymposium held over 4 days – Stellenbosch (60km from Cape Town)Consist of Tutorials, presentation of technical papers and Technical Tours including a visit to Hermanus (possibility for whale watching)
