1 Bifurcation LAD/D2 lesion. Provisional T stenting.
Additional stenting of D1 lesion. 43 yr old man

2 3. LAO cranial view to show both lesions (arrowed).
2. JL 3.5 8F guide. PA cranial view. Tight stenosis in proximal first diagonal (D1), Stenosis in mid LAD at bifurcation with second diagonal (D2).(Arrowed) 3. LAO cranial view to show both lesions (arrowed). 4. PA cranial view. LAD and diagonal wired. (HTF wires). Result of balloon dilatation of both vessels (3.0 x 15mm balloon) 5. PA cranial view. Diagonal wire withdrawn. LAD stent deployed (3.5 x 15 BMS). 6. PA cranial view. Result of LAD stenting. Good LAD result. Fair result at D2 origin without additional D2 stenting. 7. PA cranial view. D2 rewired through LAD stent. Kissing balloons in LAD and D2 (3.5 x 13mm balloons) 8. LAO cranial view. Final result in LAD and D2. (LAD stent and D2 POBA) 9. PA cranial view. Stenting of D1 stenosis with 3.0 x 12mm BMS stent 10. PA cranial view. Final result in all three vessels
