13 Dear......................... Close Monitoring in Year 13 Following your daughter’s AS examinations last summer, we are concerned that ******** has not met her ALIS target grade. It is important that she reaches her potential at A2 next year. As a result we have requested that she attends two sessions of supervised study per A2 subject from September in order to improve performance and receive guided support from a member of staff. It is important that ****** considers very carefully which modules she will re-sit and consult with both her subject and personal tutor. The deadline for submission for re-sit requests is 9 th October. ********** has met with me to discuss her programme of study. If you wish to discuss this further please call me on extension 365. We shall be reviewing grades at regular intervals and shall let you know accordingly of her progress. This process will be reviewed continually and more study periods may be timetabled to take place in controlled conditions. Yours sincerely Yvette Bellis
