2 For the first time ever an initiative to salute the Masters of Radio in Kolkata From the days of Akashvani to the present day Internet Radio, broadcasting in Kolkata has always been special. And in it’s journey of more than 75 years, the Masters of Radio have never been awarded for their passion for the medium. It is with this vision that Golden Stage Events in association with Times of India, celebrity & guest artists, sponsoring partners, judges’ team and the listeners, wishes to salute the voices, brains and teams behind The Broadcasting Industry of Kolkata. The Award also aims at felicitate those, who have dedicated their souls for the protection of a Child’s Rights through Donation to an NGO.

17 Newspaper Campaign for GARV… Nominations for each category through Newspaper Ads. Few of the nominated entries then will be published in 2 newspaper ads on two separate dates for the people to vote for their favourite shows / RJs etc. The newspaper ads in The Times Of India / Ei Samay will reach the daily listeners of the FM stations. The ads will be of 60cc each. Sponsors’ logos will appear in the newspaper ads with proper weightage.

18 Television Campaign for GARV… Negotiations for telecasting GARV in a leading Television Channel as Channel Partner is on the process (e.g. Zee Network – 24 Ghanta) Tentative Plans for TV Campaign: Nominations for each category through Television Ads. Few nominations will be shown through the channel ads on few separate dates for the people to vote online for their favourite nominees for selected categories. Sponsors’ logos will appear in the channel while they telecast the award programme (post event). Sponsors’ logos will be given due weightage according to their sponsorship amount.

19 Website for GARV… A website will be created specially for the first year of GARV, 45 days before the award ceremony The site will be promoted through newspaper ads, digital promotion, radio commercials and outdoor advertising so that people come to know about the existence of such a website The site will upload all the entries received for GARV and will allow people to listen / see all the elements The site will also give the listeners a chance to vote online for their favourite elements The site will feature different features of all the participating FM stations All the sponsors will be given due weightage on different areas on the website

20 Radio Campaign for GARV… Radio commercials will be played in the top 3 FM stations, e.g. Radio Mirchi, Red FM & Fever 104 of Kolkata to remind listeners of the on going voting process for GARV The radio commercials will give due credit to all the sponsors according to their sponsorship weightage The radio commercials will be of total 20 secondages Outdoor Campaign for GARV… 10 hoardings at strategic & prime locations of Kolkata will be used for outdoor advertising These hoardings will remain in public eyes for 30 days The sponsors will get proper logo positioning according to sponsorship weightage

21 Digital Campaign for GARV… A facebook page for GARV with regular posts, updates, photos, contests, likes, comments and shares will make GARV a happening name in Kolkata Sponsors will get cover photo space and separate updates / photos / posts regularly A twitter account will talk about GARV and it’s categories, nominees and other aspects Regular tweets with sponsors names and #tags to familiarize ‘tweetezens’ with GARV Blog writers of Kolkata will write about GARV and connect the concept to the netizens who are listeners as well

22 TG for GARV… GARV as a very high profile event will not only invite the mass listeners to come n vote for their favourite categories and nominees or be a witness to the historic grand event, but also will invite the Who’s who of the City!
