3 P3 You need to include the following subheadings: 1.Comparing and selecting product providers 2.Increased bargaining power 3.Comprehensive and up-to-date product information 4.Opportunities for lower costs through “dynamic pricing” 5.Digital complaints service 6.Opportunities to pool customer experiences

4 P3 continued You must include an example of a businesses for each of the sub headings you include in your work. Describe the benefit to the customer. How does the customer benefit from this?

5 M1 For M1 you must analyse each of the headings. This means going into detail and explaining how this actually benefits the customer. You need to answer the “why” part – e.g. why does the customer benefit from comparing product providers. How/why is this better than going into the store? Why is it more beneficial to have the Internet than going into the physical stores for the customer?
