The board contains two resistor chains which are connected to the intermediate circuit voltage (DC). The voltage reduced by the resistor chain is connected to Measurement Board SDCS-IOE-2. The intermediate circuit DC voltage is wired to connectors X1 and X2. The positive DC busbar (+Uc) is connected to connector X1 and negative DC busbar (-Uc) to connector X2. The connection to X1 and X2 is done according to the supply voltage (AC) of the bridge according to the table below. Supply Interm. When the forward bridge and the reverse bridge are not inside the same module (typically the TSU frame sizes B4 & B5): one board fires the thyristors of the forward bridge, and the other the thyristors of the reverse bridge. When both the forward and reverse bridges are inside the same module (typically the TSU frame sizes B1 to B3): one board fires the upper leg thyristors of both the forward and reverse bridges, and the other board fires the lower leg thyristors. Interface Board SDCS-REB-1 In supply module frame sizes B4 & B5, there is a Interface Board SDCS-REB-1 in addition to two Pulse Transformer Boards SDCS-PIN-41 (see section Connections Between the Boards). One SDCS-PIN-41 board is located inside the forward bridge module, and it fires all thyristors of the forward bridge. The other board is located inside the reverse bridge module, and it fires all thyristors of the reverse bridge.
