During this phase, students will learn about field of Cybersecurity O through laboratory exercises that demonstrate the exploitation of O vulnerabilities that are relevant to their current use of technology. 4

This phase of the program is designed to educate students at the O foundational level of how data moves from point A to B. This phase of the BOK provides students with a foundational O understanding of the common hosts and their operating systems O typically found on networks (e.g. desktop/laptop; mobile (smart O phones/tablets); printers and scanners; operating systems). 7

This phase of the BOK provides students with a foundational O understanding of Cybersecurity and its compliance drivers. It also O familiarizes students with common Cybersecurity practices such as O Risk Management, identity and access controls, configuration O management, continuity planning and cryptography. 8

This phase of the BOK takes a deep dive into Cybersecurity and O common implementation of Cybersecurity programmatics based on O industry best practice. Leveraging the SANS top 20 Critical O Controls, CyberAcademy teaches the students, via lecture and O laboratory exercise, how to design secure architectures and the O implement the tools needed to maintain adequate security posture. 9
