SAMPLE Exercise: “TOP 5 SUCCESS BEHAVIORS” In Table Groups … 1.Review all the behaviors listed on the book’s “Content” page (pg 7). Then, 2.Work together to identify the 5 behaviors you feel are most critical to employee success in our organization. Write them on the flipchart sheet. Finally, 3. Select someone to present your behaviors (and why you selected them) to the entire group. 9 minutes.

Then, 2.Write down all the obstacles you can think of that might prevent you from “doing” the behavior. Finally, 3. Identify 1-2 things you could do to minimize and/or overcome each of those obstacles. 5 minutes.

Then, 2.Share your selected behaviors with each other at your table – explaining why you chose them. Have someone record all the behaviors on the flipchart sheet. Finally, 3. Select someone to present your flipchart list to the entire group. 7 minutes.
