Why Join? The students will represent UNO STEM as ambassadors on campus and in the Omaha community. The group is not exclusive to women and welcomes all undergraduate and graduate students. Students can introduce an awareness of the STEM areas at UNO with female STEM star speakers, science fairs, and gaining connections through the Omaha community. Students can get involved in the Omaha community through high schools, hosting workshops and experiments, and community service. WiSTEM will also provide support for its members with scholarships, internship and convention information.
