2 Summary In the book You Wouldn’t Want to be Cleopatra by Jim Pipe, it shows how family was not as important during the Roman Ages, Julius Cesar was in love with Cleopatra, Ptolemy beheaded his daughter for taking his place on the throne. This shows how family was not important because nowadays people would just be upset. In 30 BC Cleopatra died.

Was a lot different then what it is now Ptolemy beheaded his own daughter You would get severely punished if you do that nowadays.

4 Julius Caesar Julius Caesar was in love with Cleopatra
When she rolled out of a rug to surprise him he was lovestruck But in 44 BC he was stabbed to death in the roman senate.

5 Cleopatra's Death In 30 BC Cleopatra died at the age of 39
She killed herself by letting a poisonous snake bite her She killed herself to avoid the humiliation of being dragged through the streets in chains. When guards were sent to stop her she was already dead Why did Octavian tell his guards to stop Cleopatra from killing herself?
