3 A £250k pa commitment from the University into the Student Experience and Student Support Wardens are members of staff at the University. Wardennial role is in addition to our ‘day jobs’. Each hall of residence has a Warden and a team of Sub- Wardens (14 Wardens, 65 Sub-Wardens across whole portfolio). Most Wardens live on site at the residences. Available evenings and weekends to respond to incidents and deal with behavioural and pastoral issues with our residents.
