Remember…the Bible is closed prior to the ceremonial opening! The Opening Ceremony should proceed according to the Ritual and should be followed unless presentation of the Flag is not done.
Then instructs the Officer of the Day to inspect all member cards and seats those in “Good Standing”. Any member still standing and not in possession of a current paid up card has 3 choices 1. Get verification from the Quartermaster as to the paid status 2. Pay any past dues immediately 3. Retire from the meeting
Also…close to or around 9:00pm the Children at the National Home are remembered with Prayer!
1. Appeal to the member to refrain from disrupting the meeting 2. Call a recess to try to reason with the member 3. Instruct the Officer of the Day to escort the member from the room 4. Try to get another member of family member to calm the unruly member down 5. If all else fails…call the police!
