13 FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR INVESTMENTS FOR ENTERPRISES “Increase of Economic Competitiveness” Sectorial Operational Programme PROPOSAL Eligible applicants: SMEs and large enterprises, legally registered in Romania which are operating in Romania. The maximum amount of the grant awarded to the project: EUR 4,5 million (equivalent in LEI) per project for investments for large enterprises EUR 1,5 million (equivalent in LEI) per project for investments for SMEs Maximum 10% of the investment (equivalent in lei) per project for consultancy in favor of SMEs

14 Types of projects Extension of existing production lines to increase production capacity through the acquisition of machinery and equipment and intangible assets Diversifying the production range by developing new products through acquisition of machinery and equipment and intangible assets Acquisition of high-tech equipment and installations, introducing new production technologies through acquisition of machinery and equipment and intangible assets Starting a new activity unit or diversify the activities of a unit Constructions or industrial buildings acquisitions (warehouses) necessary to locate equipment or installations procured under the projects
