Its content is rich, informative, interactive, accessible and presents current information needed for its user groups. It is a channel of interaction and communication with the ministry and its departments. It requires a Content Management System with collaboration and workflow features for their content authors to publish content on the Internet and Intranet. Challenge in getting sign-off for visual designs as they were very particular in Arabic traditional design concepts and styles.
