2 2 Background TREX pilot began in May ‘08 Fully implemented by Oct ‘08 Upgrade implemented Feb ‘09

3 3 Background Survey sent on April 14 to everyone who had used TREX to date: –1714 people (some had played multiple roles including: arranging, reviewing, certifying, approving, auditing) Response rate: 23% (392 people) 42% of respondents were scientific/technical 48% were travelers who enter all or some trip data in the system 33% have used TREX once or twice 25% have used it 10 or more times
