I am born as a human and want to be a human being. My name is Shishir. 1

For developing the knowledge, things, culture, technology, and,.... everything, so that today, I live in comfort, I live longer, I live with amazing dreams and the means to fulfil them,... 2

I am living in facilities which are available to not more than 0.1% humans alive at this moment. And... I have resources which are more than enough for me and my family to live this life. 3

Somebody took care of me, till I was on my own, I got resources at my disposal, in-fact by chance, as I was born in a resourceful family, I got the opportunities to be educated, skilled and empowered, I utilized these and worked hard to be what I am today, I am Graduate from IIT-Roorkee (Class of 1996, University of Roorke), I am a successful entrepreneur and happily married for last 11 years. 4

Not all children are lucky to get resources at their disposal, not even by chance, as they are not born with a family with resources. Moreover, many are even deprived of even one person to take care of them personally, as they loose their parents in some accident, war, some natural calamity, etc. 5

I have certain attributes with which I can contribute to the human beings living right now and several billions who will live in future 1. Intentions 2. Responsibility 3. Intelligence 6

Defining parameters 1. “Whenever I honour anything (Caste, Creed, Faith, Religion, Belief, Values, Ideology, Lifestyle, Food habits, Colour, Beauty, Nationality, Ethnicity, Age, Gender, Marital status, Sexual preference, Profession, Economic status, Merit, Knowledge, Wisdom, Health, Strength, Time, …, anything or anyone) more than a human being, a boundary arises.” … … between me and that human being. 19

a) All boundaries are first created (invented or adopted due to prevailing conditions), perpetuated in mind, and then expressed in behaviour. b) The journey of “Being Boundaryless” involves generating within oneself the ability to connect with anyone across any boundary. c) A Boundaryless World is a world in which human beings value each other primarily as human being rather than anything else. 20

2. Boundaries do exist. Our behaviour is shaped by how much they are respected. a) Porous boundaries facilitate assimilation. b) Differences amongst groups of human beings (or being individuals) are rooted in recognition, consolidation and hardening of boundaries. c) The moment a boundary arises, love is lost. d) Each consolidated boundary creates a prison. 21

e) For any conflict to arise, a hardened boundary is a prerequisite. i. Individuals, families and groups tend to form/join/ identify with groups to deal with their own insecurities. ii. These groups also have boundaries. iii. The groups, so as to handle their insecurities, tend to harden/extend/expand/ defend these boundaries. 22

3. The boundaryless world (consisting of boundaryless individuals) is, therefore, devoid of any possibilities of conflict. 23

24

Intended Outcomes: 1.The program is designed for you to identify the boundaries in your life and the world; discover their source, analyze their expression and realize their impact. 2.The participants realize that the conflicts and sufferings; (in their life and in the world) are rooted in these boundaries. 3.The “Boundaryless” participant, freed from conflicts, relates with oneself and the world from an unprecedented level of awareness and compassion and unearths an unconstrained purpose of one’s life. 25

Program Details: 2 – days program. (8 sessions each of 2:15 hrs with appropriate tea, lunch, evening tea, dinner breaks) Venue is “Sabka Ghar”. (Place where Baalm School is situated. 27 Awareness about the way the world is being conducted so far. Awareness about prevalent systems and structures in world, their impacts on me and people. Identified my boundaries, their sources and their impact on me. Got access to take action to go beyond these boundaryless. Purpose of my life: “The purpose of my life is to bring forth the compassionate life experience available for anyone and everyone.” 27
