1 st Filipinos to finish Paris-Brest-Paris: CRIS CONCEPCION (Boston, Massachusetts) and LEE V. MILLON (Davis, California) in August of 2007 Lee (in the yellow and blue jersey) with the group he finished with. He couldn’t speak Italian and they couldn’t speak English but they all got along great and finished PBP together! Cris, smiling at the finish!
