You kept your Iowa Core priorities at the top of your agenda, and didn’t let other issues detour you from your plan. EXAMPLE: …creating a visual of some sort that represents the content of your implementation plan- and that “at a glance” can serve as a reminder of where you are in the larger process? (perhaps a GANTT chart) Or… additional ways to involve parents and your community in the good work that is happening in your school? EXAMPLE: …how will you maintain the momentum you’ve generated around this outcome, while moving on to others? In other words, how will the actions you’ve taken be established as a new way of doing business”?
