Yourself What’s your CKI moment? Remember why you’re doing this. Don’t burn out! – take care of yourself Your Board Your attitude affects their attitude Stay positive! Don’t get complacent! Check up on them!
Don’t try to fit a certain mold Every club is different Different clubs have different needs Be yourself! What kind of leader are you? Your strengths and weaknesses Communicate! Be willing to listen and learn Ask for help Be honest but constructive
