Overview The patient pharmacy program is NOTan insurance program provides individuals access to discounted prescription drugs. The patient pharmacy program is designed to assist consumers who do not have insurance With prescriptions that are not covered by their insurance plan co-pays higher than the discounted price All household members are covered There are no limits on how many times members can use the card. The card can be used at over 60,000 participating pharmacies. There is no fee for the card. It is absolutely FREE!
