If you have to ask … this will help you understand you’ll never understand

Nine years have given birth to our TRUTH THIS is who we are …

We believe inBalance Body, Mind, Soul

Today, many of us have lost touch with our physicality … lack of motivation … many notice that there is still something missing … many are having difficulties staying inspired, feeling refreshed, getting excited about the future … self-doubt, low self-esteem, fear, and one of the most difficult hurdles we all face: due to our modern lifestyle, today’s generation of kids may be the first who live shorter lives than their parents …

our lifestyle choices contribute to our happiness or unhappiness … Is the world something to be feared rather than revered? sunrises and sunsets take place while we are stuck in the confines of an office, and time spent soaking in nature’s beauty has been replaced with calendars packed with meetings or endless hours online … we no longer tap into the regenerative power in our environment …

methods often fail because they treat the body and soul separately, instead of as two parts of one unified whole … to improve our overall health is to tune into the health of our spirit as we also tune into our physicality along with a feeling of balance and connection to the natural world around us …

most of us are too wound up, overworked, and tired to stop and listen … drawing energy from the earth can help increase strength, sharpen focus, relieve stress, and eradicate self-doubt … if this can help win Ironman championships, imagine what it can do in day-to-day life, far from a traditional race course … Mark Allen and Brant Secunda
