What happens when you create an HTML document and include pictures
If I save a notepad document as a text file and open it in a browser, it looks like this:
I must save it like this:
Now that the file is an html-type of file, there is nothing displayed in the browser window.
Give your page a title using a header tag, h1-h6 with h1 being the largest.
Now you’re ready to start on the main section of the HTML document.
If your picture does not exist or the src is incorrect, the alt setting will display what is supposed to be there.
See the difference?
Both do the same thing, but you have control over the image when you save it to your computer… and it’s easier to reference.
