In each case a Doctor has advised management – “Keep this employee out of toxic dust.” (1) The Doctor has not told the employee he is a “possible” case. (2) Management cannot keep the employee out of dust if they cannot tell the employee the reason for their action. 1963

17 UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT 1978 Q. Why? A. The railcar came in and the asbestos was normally wrapped in burlap bags. When we opened the door to the railcar, there were no burlap bags seen. It was just a solid wall of asbestos fiber. Q. What color was it? A. Blue.
