23. Then I started to visit certain websites and forums for seamen and my apprehensions proved to be true. There is a group of real swindlers that for a long time has been taking money away in a fraudulent way wittingly misleading their potential victims. Profiting by honest peoples’ trustfulness and naivete they do earn high dollars. During contract subscriptions they promise things they haven’t legal right to perform and defile third person’s honor, in my case it is the honor of P.K. Sagaidacny Academy of water transport in Kiev.

24. For acknowledgement of this information that neither the “ManShip Odessa” firm nor so called legal adviser Romanova I.Y. had any relation with the Academy on 02/13/2012 I arrived to Kiev, to the Academy.

25. On 02/14/2012 I wrote in person an application addressed to a rector Panyn We-We with request for documentation about the Academy’s and its branches’ in another cities collaboration with the “ManShip Odessa” and Romanova I.Y.

The main lawyer of the Academy and a member of the Supreme board of experts attached to the Ministry of Ukraine Zvarygin Paul Leonovich (phone: 0504113503) said that neither his Academy nor its branches in another cities had relation with the firm or Romanova I.Y. but he had heard about them from dissatisfied people asking explanations from him by phone.

Analyzing the trickery I faced I started doubt did the people really exist at all, did they have the names they introduce themselves with.

When I was there for the first time they said that so called legal adviser Romanova I.Y. was in Kiev to collect papers for handing them in the Academy the firm “had” a contract with, to draw needed documents with a sailor passport up, to place people for free in a job, to help to grant a visa to USA.

40. So on 02/15/2012 I knew for sure they’re swindlers and could imagine the lie and promises they would tell.
