The normal ID proofs acceptable by the company are Ration Card, Voter ID Card, UID Card, Passport and Driving License. * All the required details in the application form must be filled correctly and legally. The incomplete forms and forms with false information will not be entertained and will be rejected. * The company is not responsible, if the payment is in wrong name & wrong address. * The applicant must be and individual/ partnership/ Pvt. Co/ Proprietorship on successful completion of registration he/she/it will be called as Distributor. * The partnership firm/Pvt. Co/Proprietorship must submit the Power of Attorney to one person who can deal and correspond with the company. * The individual must be a major and should have the legal capacity to independently conduct the business of UNIGROW MERCHANTS.

22. *The distributor enjoys the bonus/incentives of the company *All the taxes will be applicable as far as Government guideline *The guideline from time to time shall always be binding on all the business distributors/ associates. *The Distributor shall abide by sales policy and procedure of the company as amended from time to time. The company shall not be responsible in any manner what so ever to the independent business associate or third party for any dispute, claims or loss as a consequence of independent Distributors noncompliance with the sales policy of the company. *The bonus will be paid twice in a month after made deducting necessary taxes, TDS as per Indian Income Tax Act, The PAN number is compulsory for receiving bonus for Distributor. * On any case the individual should not apply for more than 4 Distributor ID, that is nay individual can apply for 4 Distributor ID with same name with same PAN card number. * The Distributor should not represent him/herself as an employee of Unigrow Merchant and should not use its stationary, logo, trademark pertaining to Company’s identity. There is no agency or employment relationship with the company. * The company is not liable for any of their past, present future liability between Distributor & Stockiest, if occurred on their individual capacity while selling of company product. * The cross sponsoring of distributor is not allowed, the second distributor ID will be terminated without any notice. * The Distributor paid registration through online, must submit the ID proofs, PAN copy duly with registration copy print out to the Command Office Directly.

23. * In case of Part-A incentive of business plan/ Promotional scheme distributor can get one rank benefits in one time except reward. It means it the distributor achieved the rank of Coordinator and the same time or after two months distributor achieved the rank of Sr. Distributor then promotional incentives i.e. Salary, Mobile Expense, Fuel Expense, Meeting expense etc. will be paid of promotional rank and past rank incentives automatically stopped. Rewards will paid according to achievement & terms of incentives. * The Distributor will get Accidental Insurance of Rs. 1 Lakh after achieving the rank of Sr. Sales Manager till the Golden Hand Shake from the any general insurance approved by IRDA. * The Distributor will get Mediclaim of Rs. 1 Lakh after achieving the rank of Regional Officer till the Golden Hand Shake from the any health insurance approved by IRDA. * The company does not entertain any direct sales, all the sales transactions are routed through our authorized stockiest only. * The company reserves all the rights to terminate a Distributor who does not comply with rules and regulations and act against the business ethics there to without giving any prier notice. Company reserves the right to change/alter at any time at any stage. All the dispute arising shall be adjudicated upon by a court of appropriate jurisdiction at Katihar only. ~: WARANTY, GUARANTEE, PRODUCT RETURN :~ Because company is working as marketing company of reputed brand products so the guarantee & warranty depends on the manufacturer policy.
