HISTORY The group of “EKS” companies began its activity in 1991. For 16 years of its dynamic development the company has multiplied its capital by introducing advanced technologies of running business. Development stages: Wholesaling: 1991-2001 Food retail chain «Semya»: since 1998 Commercial property management: since 1998 Construction and opening of the first shopping centre «Semya» in Perm – 2004 Development on regional market: since 2006
THE PROJECTS REALIZED: Perm City The pilot project of EKS is the first part of “Semya” shopping and entertaining center in Perm in area of 30 thousand square meters. The project was a rating winner among the shopping centers of Russia in 2004, a winner of “The brand of the year/ EFFIE 2006” among the regional projects. The second part of “Semya” shopping and entertaining Investment: $ 76, 688, 000 centre in Perm in area of 45 thousand square meters. NPV:$ 65,444,000 It was set into operation at the beginning of 2008 IRR = 18% Architectural Concept Consulting: LAGUARDA. LOW Construction: ANT YAPI PROCONS Ufa City «Semya» trade and entertainment centre Investment: $ 93, 426, 000 in Ufa in area of 76 thousand square meters.
