4. THE PROJECTS REALIZED: Perm City The pilot project of EKS is the first part of “Semya” shopping and entertaining center in Perm in area of 30 thousand square meters. The project was a rating winner among the shopping centers of Russia in 2004, a winner of “The brand of the year/ EFFIE 2006” among the regional projects. The second part of “Semya” shopping and entertaining Investment: $ 76, 688, 000 centre in Perm in area of 45 thousand square meters.
