11 Staff - Our Major Asset Rigorous recruitment specifying Masters etc. 7 staff have a PhD plus 2 are nearly complete 2 Vets and 1 GP CPD supported so all staff are qualified HEA – 5 senior fellows and 3 fellows Professional development opportunities

12 And Finally Partnership and consortium greatly valued In it for the long haul Many Universities interested in setting up links but we chose to work with fewer select ones Looking forward to working with new VC and the existing staff as it’s the people who make the relationship work
