16 Mindcrossing Inc. was a Silicon Valley based high technology company focused on providing enterprise knowledge solutions through a ready to deploy knowledge management application called the Mindcrossing Knowledge Xchange. The company was sold to India bases Max Ateev. Director of business development efforts for East Coast and International markets creating demand for “knowledge management” technology. HealthCast Inc. was formed in 1996 by an orthopedic surgeon who assembled a team of executives and software engineers to bring information technology advances to health care providers. HealthCast has always focused on the health care sector - initially with the development of desktop technology that accessed and linked disparate hospital legacy systems, then with the development of Web-based technology to integrate granular patient information from disparate systems and make that available to physicians anytime, anywhere. Co-founding original member of company and executive team. Took initial startup to market leader in hospital information technology.

NovaCare Rehabilitation is part of Select Medical Corporation's Outpatient Division, a nationally prominent, locally driven provider of outpatient physical rehabilitation with approximately 965 locations in 37 states and the District of Columbia. Managed the Athletic Training program for Pat Croce’s Mercer-Bucks Rehabilitation Center in Newtown, PA. This was the pre-cursor to NovaCare Rehabilitation in the Delaware Valley.

Adjunct instructor of Biology and Anatomy / Physiology courses in the pre-nursing program at Burlington County College. 19 BASKETBALL REFEREE / SUPERVISOR of OFFICIALS Started basketball officiating in 1978 immediately out of high school while serving high schools in the Southern New Jersey area for over 30 years. Starting the third term as Supervisor of Officials for Camden Board 34 with over 300 basketball referee members.
