4 VERTICAL ALIGNMENT During faculty meetings, teams meet in Vertical teams to discuss the following: Look at STAAR questions where students chose the wrong answer, and then they elaborate on which strategies they can support. Create “Working Visions” per subject area Commitment document per subject (tied to TEK, the how to, and end result, which teachers sign)
